SPP has partnered with Innovative Hydrogen Solutions to be the exclusive manufacturer of the revolutionary I-PHI™ system. The I-PHI™ system is a hydrogen generating module for heavy goods vehicles (HGV) that run on diesel fuel. The I-PHI™ module produces a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen gasses, on demand, through a controlled electrolysis process. These gases are delivered to the engine's air intake where they are mixed with the air before entering the engine’s cylinders and participating in the combustion process. The purpose of the process is to improve overall engine combustion efficiency by producing a more complete burn of the air-fuel mixture. The results are seen in decreased emissions, an increase in horsepower and torque, and a substantial fuel consumption improvement. IHS choose SPP as its exclusive contract manufacturer because of SPP's lean capabilities and our ability to manufacture complex products efficiently and correctly.
