Silent Preferred Partners ("SPP"), based in Salem, Virginia, focuses on outsourced heavy assembly, lean contract manufacturing, and manufacturing logistics. SPP operates two facilities in the United States and one in Canada that handle lean assembly and manufacturing logistics for Class 8 truck manufacturers. SPP’s assembly work is complex and highly customized, with more than 200 assembly operations per unit and more than 95% of daily production consisting of unique configurations.

  BTT Logo History
The predecessor to SPP began a partnership with Volvo-Mack in the 1980s that continues to this day. The company was placed under the SPP name in 2002. In 2003, SPP launched its Lancaster facility, and the next year the Wallaceburg factory began operations. In 2006, SPP partnered with Audax Group. This partnership has allowed us to expand our capabilities to better serve our clients.
